A great design in a superb leather case! Now with a zippered bellows pouch for additional room and to securely hold pen needles.

For the convenience of the busy professional or business traveler, who doesn't want to be burdened with rambling through a cluttered case to find their test strip bottle, lancet, and meter for quickly taking a blood sample. Simply unzip this case and leave it in the open position without ever removing the test strip bottle or meter. This case is designed to simply pop the cap off your test strip bottle, and to insert a test strip directly into your meter which is held firmly by elastic bands.

 
Mesh pockets are designed for holding two insulin cartridge pens, a lancet, an upper pocket for additional (10) needle storage, as well as a pocket for business card identification, and room to put a ice gel pack between the two cartridge pens if desired. 
 
This is a premium top quality soft nappa leather case for carrying your diabetic supplies, with matching leather zipper pull.

This is NOT a synthetic, faux,or a "leatherlike" product that you often see at a very inexpensive price, but a nice high quality top grain leather case at a very reasonable price. Be aware of those lower quality products that are labeled bi-cast or PU (pick up) leather as they come from the lower split level of the hide, and then are coated with a polyurethene. They are an inferior quality of leather.  

The case size is approximately 7.5 inches in length, 4.5 inches wide, and 1.5 inches deep. 

The meter displayed is an Accucheck and ~ 2-1/2" L x 1-5/8"W x 3/4" H. Please check your meter size for compatibility.  This listing is for the carrying case only and not inclusive of any testing supplies or equipment. 

This nicely crafted leather case is for carrying several days of testing supplies and is not meant or intended to store your entire monthly prescription of lancets and pen needles. Yes, the elastic bands are initially tight. They are designed this way as elastic can gradually stretch, and the pockets and meter holder are designed so that they do not become too loose over time and with use. We had one customer upset that it didn't hold their full box of needles as they were trying to use the case in a inapproprate way and not as designed. This really is a nicely crafted, quality leather case.

All returns of medical carrying device cases must must be advised within one day of receipt(no exceptions), be UNUSED and be in their original packaging, tissue paper, plastic sleeve, and /or box. Items not meeting this criteria, or determined to be in any type of used condition will not be credited. All returns must also be protected in the original or similar bubblewrap packaging as received. These are quality leather products that can get scuffed or damaged if not returned in the proper packaging, or suffiently protected as originally received.
