This is NOT a synthetic or a "leatherlike" product that you often see at a very inexpensive price, but a nice high quality top grain leather case at a very reasonable price. Be aware of those lower quality products that are labeled bi-cast or PU (pick up) leather as they come from the lower split level of the hide, and then are coated with a polyurethene. They are an inferior quality of leather.
The case internally has a matching soft plush fabric. Each case has 3 separate zippered compartments. There are two loops in the upper compartment, for storing cartridge style insulin pens. The bottom compartment is large enough to store your lancet, testing strips, and your glucometer, while the side compartment can store your pen needles.
The case size is approximately 7-1/2 inches in length, 3-1/2 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. This listing is for the carrying case only and not inclusive of any testing supplies or equipment. This nicely crafted leather case is for carrying several days of testing supplies and is not meant or intended to store your entire monthly prescription of lancets and pen needles.
