Most items ship within 1-3 business days, but please allow for up to 5 business days during high volume times.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds. Store credit and exchanges for in-stock items are accepted within 30 days of your order date. Products must be in original, unaltered packaging. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for non-defective products. NO EXCEPTIONS.

While care is taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or thread. Occasionally fabrics or fabric placement may vary from the original picture.
If you have any concerns or feel you need an item replaced or returned, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
*Please note that orders will ONLY be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct and current. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.
All sales are F.O.B. Origin. Once the item ships, we are no longer responsible for the item. Shipping delays by shipping carriers are beyond our control. We are not responsible to any customs duty, import tax, or fees arising from international purchases. Each buyer is responsible for knowledge and information pertaining to their country's import laws and taxation.
